Multiple Teams · At Home Exercise Programs from NDA Athletic Trainer Kate Skoczyn


Hello NDA Athletes,

I hope you are all staying safe and healthy during this time!

I have put together some programs for you all to do during this time of social distancing and staying at home. I also encourage all of you to take the advice of Dr. Amy Acton and Governor Mike Dewine and get outside! Not only is it beneficial to just move around and not binge on Netflix or make new Tik Toks, but it is also very beneficial for our mental health. I am always available to you as a resource if these exercises are too easy or if you have already been doing something similar. I put these together based on the types of injuries I normally see during the spring season, so please take advantage of them!
