Below is the information for the first week of tryouts and mandatory practices for NDA’s high school lacrosse, rowing, softball, and track & field programs. Please contact the head coach of the program with sport specific questions.

Mandatory Paperwork/Forms: All of NDA’s athletic forms and paperwork for 7th through 12th graders are now being completed online through PRIVIT. Physical forms still must be completed on PRIVIT, printed off, and submitted to the athletic department with proper physician, parent, and student signatures and dates. NDA only accepts the PRIVIT Physical Packet.

All other forms are completed and signed electronically on PRIVIT. Please visit this link for instructions: http://s3.amazonaws.com/vnn-aws-sites/10775/files/2016/08/47b67fe924f7b5b6-Notre-Dames-Privit-Profile-completion-guide-as-of-081516.pdf

The PRIVIT documents must be completed online and a valid PRIVIT physical must be on file with the athletic department to participate in any tryouts or practices. Please contact Athletic Director Gary Snyder at gsnyder@nda.org or Athletic Trainer Kate Skoczyn at katelyn.skoczyn@utoledo.edu with questions.

Mandatory Spring Sports Meeting & SportsLeader Mini Retreat:  The mandatory Spring Sports Meeting for high school lacrosse, softball, and track & field is on Thursday, March 5th, in the PAC from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.  All student-athletes in these sports and at least one parent/guardian must attend.  Spring sports student-athletes in lacrosse, softball, and track & field will attend the SportsLeader Mini Retreat at NDA on March 5th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and then join their parents in the PAC for the Winter Sports Meeting.  Rowers will also attend the Spring Sports SportsLeader Mini Retreat, but they will not need to attend the Spring Sports Meeting.  Please note- these events were moved from March 4th to March 5th.  Please contact Mr. Snyder if you have any questions at gsnyder@nda.org.

Springs Sports Pictures are on Tuesday, March 17th, starting at 3:15 pm in the gym for high school lacrosse, softball, rowing, and track and field.  Coaches will inform teams of their picture time.
